How Does Health Coaching Work?
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Schedule your initial consultation HERE, AT LEAST THREE DAYS in advance. Thats because once you schedule it, you will be provided with and asked to fill out a questionnaire and food diary for ideally 3 days and return it to me 24 hours before our session, so I can review it.
Step 2: Goals & Action Plan
Next I will review your questionnaire, any challenges, goals and current diet and lifestyle habits and together we will put together a plan to reach your goals. All action plans are customised to you and designed to help you create healthy habits that stick, as painlessly as possible.
Step 4: Health Coaching Sessions
Each session I will help you determine what nutrition and lifestyle changes to focus on for the week in line with your goals and action plan and give you the tools to implement the changes. After each session I will send you a follow up email with any resources or recipes you need to make it easy and fun for you. All sessions are done over skype, phone (so you can work with me anywhere in the world) or at my North Perth office. If you are in Perth, Australia health coaching sessions health coaching sessions can also include a pantry clean out or grocery store tour. Depending on your current challenges and goals, I will suggest the number of sessions to help you get there. Each session we will build on the habits from the week before. You will also have VIP access to events and the Clean Living Club.
Step 5: Get Results
At the final session, we will assess your progress, and you’ll leave with recommendations to maintain what you’ve achieved. If you’d like to have continued accountability, or questions pop up, you can schedule in 20-minute check-ins as you like after your initial program is complete.
