I’m sure you have heard about some of the awesome health benefits of Coconut Oil. I go through some of them in this post HERE. But have you heard or tried Medium Chain Tryglcerides (MCT) oil?

First to recap, what exactly is MCT Oil?

Well its pretty much a concentrated form of all the best parts of coconut oil. So you are getting maximum bang for your supplement buck. The healthy fats in coconut oil comprise of MCT. MCT oil is the concentrated form of that healthy fat.

Lets jump straight into why everyone could benefit from MCT Oil supplementation.

The concept here is that the liver, from consumption of MCT oil, produces keytones. The brain then uses keytones, instead of glucose as fuel. Keytones are a more efficient fuel for your brain and so brain function is enhanced shortly after MCT oil supplementation.
