Last weekend we went mountain biking at Silverstar Bike Park which was awesome fun. I always bring some of my own food away with us so I can stay healthy on the road and one of my favorite things to make is Chia Pudding. Because it is sooooo simple to make and you can make so many different flavors. Its great for breaky, dessert or just a snack. Here is my video shot at Silverstar on how I make one of my favorite types of Chia Pudding.

Want to know how to make it? Simply add 1 cup of liquid so in this video I used almond milk but you can use any other type of milk or even water if you like, it will just change the taste. Then add 1/4 cup of chia seeds and any other flavoring you might like, so some banana or you could use a juice instead of a milk. I just added the chia seeds with unflavored almond milk in this video and then you add the chia to the liquid and leave to set in the fridge overnight. Or at least for a couple of hours until the chia seeds soak up all the liquid and you get a thick pudding consistency. Then I just added some blueberries to mine but I have added banana and apple before as well and enjoy. So super easy and no one will realise its actually super healthy!
