- Improving your digestion, skin issues, energy levels, mood and vitality by changing your diet.
- Doing some detective work to figure out what is causing any issues around food such as cravings, overeating, stress eating. So again we can work with your biology to get lasting results rather than just rely on willpower.
- Drop the dieting. As a recovered chronic dieter I can help you lose the weight you want without the deprivation. My proven system works so much better than dieting and is a lot more enjoyable.
- Develop healthy eating and lifestyle habits that not only stick but are most importantly fun! Because I want you to love your new health habits and get excited about how great you are about to feel!

When you work with me we work exclusively on what is right for your body. No diets, no restriction, no topic is off limits to discuss. You see that your body has this amazing ability to be able to heal itself and it wants to look and feel great.
You just need to be able to get out of its way.
We will investigate all your body’s signals which may be rashes, pains, gases, 3pm crashes, energy slumps, exhaustion, weight loss resistance or any other number of weird and wonderful signs to help you feel your best and get your energy back to where it should be.
Each session with me will be specifically tailored to your needs so you can develop life-long healthy habits that suit your lifestyle. Not anyone else’s or a generic plan.
