Want a quick and easy breakky option?
This one you can make the night before in a jar and take to work or prep it in a few minutes in the morning. It’s high in protein and sub coconut yogurt if dairy doesn’t work for you. You can also stir in a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder to boost the protein and change up the flavour.
- 1/2 cup full fat, plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts & seeds
- 1/2 cup blueberries or strawberries
Add in a bowl together and enjoy!
