I love how easy, healthy and tasty chia pudding is!
As well as super customisable.
You can literally make any flavour you like! Here in Perth, Western Australia it’s mango season and so I wanted to use the amazing mangos in season to make some yummy chia puddings and so I jumped on Facebook LIVE to share the recipe.

Mango Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 mango
- 1 heaped tablespoon plain greek or coconut yogurt
- 1/2 banana sliced
Directions:
Mix in a bowl or mason jar the chia seeds & coconut milk. Stir well.
Add to the fridge and leave overnight or at least for 2 hours. If after an hour or two it’s looking clumpy then stir well again and put back to the fridge. If its looking too runny add another teaspoon chia seeds and mix well again.
Once chia pudding is set, add sliced banana, mango and the yogurt.
Enjoy!
Blueberry Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 heaped tablespoon plain greek or coconut yogurt
- 1/2 banana sliced
Directions:
Mix in a bowl or mason jar the chia seeds, blueberries & coconut milk. Stir well.
Add to the fridge and leave overnight or at least for 2 hours. If after an hour or two it’s looking clumpy then stir well again and put back to the fridge. If its looking too runny add another teaspoon chia seeds and mix well again.
Once chia pudding is set, add sliced banana and the yogurt.
Enjoy!
