Pomegranate Gel Recipe

Gels are also a great energy booster that are great to take long distance running or for any other activity where you need a quick energy booster. These recipes are for a single serve gel and can be taken out with you in small zip lock bags or a reusable gel flask. On to our Pomegranate Gel recipe.


  • 30ml Pomegranate Juice
  • 5g Chia soaked in the Coconut Water
  • 40ml Coconut Water
  • 30g Honey
  • 10g Brown Rice Syrup
  • Himalayan Salt


Just combine ingredients in a small blender or food processor and mix well. Then add into your flask and take out with you when training or I like to use the zip lock bags for events so I can then throw out the packaging. Pomegranate Gel is a great way to boost your energy and did I mention they taste great?
