Raspberry Pineapple Chia Gel Recipe
This recipe is for a single serve gel and can be taken out with you in small zip lock bags or a reusable gel flask. Or you could split it into two if you prefer smaller portions.
Just combine ingredients in a small blender or food processor and mix well. Then add into your flask and take out with you when training or I like to use the zip lock bags for events so I can then throw out the packaging.
- 10g Chia Seeds
- 50ml Coconut Water
- 70g Raspberry & Pineapple
- 10g Brown Rice Syrup
- Himalayan Salt
