Golden Turmeric Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Last week on the blog I wrote all about inflammation and it’s affect on your health and your body. One of the anti-inflammatory ingredients I mentioned in that post was turmeric and so when I received my March Splendour Box (see my unboxing video below) with a gold brew turmeric mix I was excited to try it out both in my smoothie bowls and as a turmeric latte.

To make a turmeric latte out of the mix you can just add hot water straight to the mix! You can also just add it to any of your usual morning smoothies or try out my new Golden Turmeric Smoothie Bowl recipe below!

Golden Turmeric Smoothie Bowl Recipe


  • 1 teaspoon gold brew turmeric mix
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup of coconut milk or just add water
  • Handful of your favourite greens
  • Ice (optional)
  • Toppings (I used banana, mango, chia and coconut but you can also used nuts or other fruit or seeds)


Blend and enjoy!

Add more milk or water if you like a runnier mix but I love to eat my smoothies with a spoon!
